At a glittering ceremony held at Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai on 19th June 2008 in the presence of Union Minister of State for Finance, Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal, GIC Re and Hannover Re signed a cooperation agreement for Life Reinsurance business in India. Mr. M. Ramaprasad, General Manager, GIC Re and Mr. Wolf S. Becke, CEO, Hannover Life Re signed the agreement and exchanged the documents. The Agreement Signing Ceremony was also graced by His Excellency Mr. Walter Stechel, Consul-General of Germany in Mumbai, Mr. G. Prabhakara, Member (Life), Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA), Mr. Wilhelm Zeller, CEO, Hannover Re and a large number of CEOs, Chairmen and senior officials of life and non-life insurance companies of the country.      Gallery
